In a similar fashion to the way Baseball Prospectus' Jay Jaffe developed and uses the Hall of Fame evaluator JAWS, Puck Prospectus' Iain Fyffe developed and utilizes the Inductinator to determine which Hall of Fame candidates should be elected to the Hall of Fame. How do we go about setting the minimum criteria to determine whether a player is deserving of enshrinement in Toronto?
